Lower Merion Township recently released an update to the downtown Ardmore temporary parking plan, effective during phases of construction to the Cricket Avenue corridor.  Effective March 5, 2018 the temporary kiosk lot located on Cricket Avenue will permanently close to make way for the development of Cricket Flats, a mixed use, five-story building by Core Development. The Cricket will include 77 luxury apartment units, 10,000 SF of retail space and a 105 space parking garage.

Other changes to the temporary parking plan include the removal of a limited number of permit spaces on the upper block of Trolley Way.  These permit spaces will remain closed for the duration of construction.  The Ardmore Initiative encourages visitors to Ardmore to take advantage of the underutilized metered lot on Cricket Terrace.  Other parking options include the lot next to John Henry’s Pub, which will have a row of metered spaces.

This map can be found in the Getting to Ardmore section of the Destination Ardmore website and will be updated periodically as the Township adjusts the temporary parking plan according to demand.
