Information from Harkins for One Ardmore Place:

In the next weeks, retail foundation and parking garage structure work will continue with frequent concrete pours and deliveries that will take place onsite and should not affect traffic. Utility work is tentatively scheduled for 11/27 through 11/30 on Cricket Terrace between Cricket Ave and Trolley Way. This operation will also extend into the Schauffle Plaza lot for one day. The jobsite will be closed for Thanksgiving day on 11/23.

Infrasource – Peco

Crew 1 (Miller): Crew will be working on Anderson Ave, between Lancaster Ave and Montgomery Ave, to remove plates and restore site. Monday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

  • There are two holes on Anderson Ave that are 5’ x 5’ in dimension. The work is now complete and the crew will remove the plates before the holiday traffic increases in the area. The crew needs to place asphalt in the holes but there is no asphalt available due to low temperatures at night so the work needs to occur during the daytime hours.
  • Flagger Force to direct traffic. The traffic pattern will be a small football shape for the crew to work inside but not heavily impact traffic with a closure.
  • Stop and Slow paddles to be used in area. Road to be kept open.
  • Expected Completion 11/20/17

Crew 1 (Miller): Crew will be working on Ardmore Ave, at West Athens Ave intersection, to rod and rope duct. WEDNESDAY, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

  • Crew will be work in manholes near intersection. There will be no excavation in the area. They are clearing the duct structures underground with minimal construction presence in the area.
  • Flagger Force to direct traffic.
  • Stop and Slow paddles to be used in area. Road to be kept open.
  • Expected Completion 11/22/17

Crew 2 (Straubel): Crew will be working on County Line Rd, between Hannum Drive and Cricket Ave. to splice and pull cables. Monday through Wednesday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

  • Flagger Force to direct traffic for the lane closure.
  • Stop and Slow paddles to be used in area. Road to be kept open.
  • Crew will be have pulling machine to pull cable into installed ducts. NO EXCAVATION OR USE OF HAMMER will be needed.
  • Expected Completion 11/22/17
