Do we really need to look at the calendar to know that it’s time to celebrate Oktoberfest Ardmore-style? Roll out the barrels at the best Bavarian wonderland on the Main Line on Saturday, September 23, from 2–8 p.m. Bring your best lederhosen and dirndl and get ready to kick up your heels as Cricket Avenue comes alive with scrumptious German fare, robust craft brews and live entertainment.

Presented by Ardmore Initiative and in conjunction with sponsor McCloskey’s Tavern, the festival promises a good time for all. “This is one of our most popular events,” said Christine Vilardo, executive director of the Ardmore Initiative. “Ardmore Oktoberfest is the perfect example of businesses working together to create an experience for our residents and visitors. I am certain that McCloskey’s Tavern and John Henry’s Pub knew how popular this event would become when they hosted the first event seven years ago.”
