When Wynnewood natives Jen Crompton and her husband Jeff first visited 53 Rittenhouse Pl, they knew they had found a home for Fuel Cycle Fitness.  After years of spending quality time in Ardmore for dinner, grabbing drinks, and shopping trips, the decision came easy.

Today, they have settled perfectly into Ardmore’s small business community. After they’re done sweating it out at the studio the couple loves getting drinks at McCloskey’s, or getting sushi from Jason’s Toridasu. They also enjoy walks through Suburban Square with their 14-month old son and having breakfast at Jeannie’s Deli. “Everyone has been incredibly welcoming to us and excited that we set up shop on Rittenhouse Place,” Jen says about Fuel Cycle Fitness’ opening. “Our local business neighbors took the time to show us around and the Ardmore Initiative has helped us get our business situated. Every local vendor we have worked with has also helped us promote our business to their clientele.”

Jen’s passion for the Ardmore community becomes evident when she talks about the bond that she has cultivated with her members. “I can’t express how much we love our members and love spending time with them at our studio. We also love running into them when we frequent local stops around town and learning about their personal goals. It’s 100% about the people here.”

At Fuel Cycle Fitness it truly is all about the people.  Their personalized approach breaks the mold of the typical “one size fits all” workout. They make sure that every person who walks through their door has a great experience by getting to know their members and their preferences, Fuel Cycle Fitness is able to deliver a level of attention that suits each individual personally. The husband-and-wife team offers a variety of boxing, cycling, and yoga classes. “Every single class will get your heart pumping and get you one step closer to achieving your health/fitness goals. Every time you walk out, you will leave just a little bit stronger than when you came,” Jen says.
